This is a speculative project for a beer tap handle that I produced. The lions head is initially modelled in hard sculptors wax before a silicone rubber mould is made to produce resin copies. These are sampled and finished in a variety of colours and styles. I have responsibility for the management of the entire process from start to completion. Production runs of one to 10,000 are undertaken with the appropriate lead times.
