I made a wooden master pattern of the two parts , silicone rubber moulds from each and then castings in white polyester resin. These were then finished in wood stains and lacquered in polyurethane lacquer and self adhesive felt to inside and base.
Image on the top was laser engraved, stained black and then abraded away to leave the design in black. This one was used to house an old bicycle repair kit.
