Round resin boxes cast in polyester resin.
Firstly I made the wooden master patterns for the lid and the box itself. Them made silicone rubber moulds of both pieces.
castings from these are made in white resin and then hand finished in wood stains. The lids are laser engraved and hand painted. Then a matt gloss polyurethane lacquer applied to the box, and a high gloss one to the lid.
